The space We offer for rent a brand new chalet offering the "high-end" experience one would expect from a newly built super-equipped chalet (2025!). This prestigious chalet is fully air-conditioned, with 3 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor (rare!) - sleeping up to 8 people via 3 double beds, a sofa bed and an air mattress (1 pers.). In addition, each room is air-conditioned and has a TV. Two bathrooms complete the property (1 on the ground floor, and 1 upstairs accessible directly through the bedroom) Equipped with a completely new layout that offers all the comforts of a modern dwelling and will ensure you are well and rest, with family or friends, the amenities you can benefit from are many: - 100% equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave,...), refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine, plancha ... - Living room "cocooning" dressed in a refined decoration with SmartTV, free WiFi.. Outside, you will enjoy the south facing terrace (partially covered) with its garden furniture and table for quiet unique moments. A spa / jacuzzi as well as a 'barrel' sauna are accessible directly from the deck and complete the "wellness" amenities. A foosball table and an "aperitif" barrel complete the amenities. Children's games available: Finnish bowling games (molki), badminton rackets... Perfectly suitable for families with small children: you can enjoy suitable equipment on site: 1 crib "umbrella" (with 1 mattress) for young children, changing mat, 1 high chair, adapted dishes. Private parking (2-3 cars) is available next to the chalet. A charging station for electric vehicles completes the services (participation requested of 0.25 euros/kWh for the use of the station). The chalet also benefits from an exceptional location 15 minutes from Gerardmer, 40 minutes from Alsace. Located on the edge of the forest, and in retreat from a very uncrowded road, you benefit from a parking space in front of the chalet (2 / 3 vehicles) offering you quick access to the nearest shopping area (bakery, Super U, ..) (< 2 km). A perfect place to enjoy the area with family, friends! Ideal location for hikers, bikers, skiers eager to visit the Vosges or Alsace while enjoying absolute comfort and prestige in a quiet area!
