Casa Manatili: 8 mins from Coron, in the jungle

A spacious jungle hideaway just 8 minutes by motorbike from Coron Town. Surrounded by trees, the house stays naturally cool and fresh — a peaceful spot to relax after a day of island adventures. The cozy kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals, while the air-conditioned bedroom features a comfy king-size bed for a restful sleep. The bathroom is airy and modern, and our Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, even during the occasional island brownout. The space The house is divided into two sections: one side features the kitchen and living area, while the other contains the bedroom and bathroom. A spacious terrace outside connects the two, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical surroundings. The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, ideal for two adults and a small child. The bathroom is bright and spacious, featuring a large shower area with both hot and cold water. Fresh towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience. The kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped with essentials, including a two-burner stove, toaster, rice cooker, blender, and a large refrigerator — perfect for preparing your favorite meals. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets to keep out unwanted critters while allowing the fresh, cool island breeze to flow through the house. Guest access There are two ways to get to the house: one is via the main road followed by a short walk across a bamboo bridge, and the other is by motorbike. Please note that the motorbike path can get a bit muddy during rainy days. The most convenient way to get to Coron town (just 8 minutes away) is by motorbike. If you’d like to rent one in advance, just send us a message and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you upon arrival. The rate for a 125cc automatic scooter is ₱500 per day. If you need a bigger motorbike, we can also help arrange that for you. If you’re not comfortable riding a scooter, we can also arrange a tricycle for your trips instead. Other things to note We’re located in a peaceful area within a lively local neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear dogs, roosters, children playing, or the occasional burst of music or karaoke, quintessential sounds of the Philippines. Our home is nestled in the jungle, so it’s normal to encounter harmless bugs or small animals that are typical of tropical islands. Power outages are not very common, but they can happen from time to time. Life on the island moves at a slower pace, and we appreciate your understanding when it does. Please keep in mind that this is a home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you take care of it as you would your own, so we can keep it welcoming for you and future guests. Only checked in guests are allowed to be in the house, no visitors from outside as this is a private property and me and my family live nearby. Rest assured, we’ll always do our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
