Comfortable rentals on the outskirts of Paris The Suites of Villa Margaux are several small rental units in an attic house, completely renovated in 2023. They are equipped with all modern comforts and each have their own decoration and can accommodate 2 to 4 people The suites are spread throughout the house (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor) around a large central staircase and all have access to the garden surrounding the house. The space You're all set. In each of our suites you will find a sleeping area with large beds, a living area with kitchen and a shower/wc area. All our suites have been designed for your comfort: - Linens provided for each bed (sheets, towels), sheets and bath mats; - Cleaning included at the end of your stay. All our suites are bright and facing south. ***** This suite looks like a loft on the 2nd floor, under the roofs with 3 large windows. ITS LITTLE PLUS: a vast space with a ceiling height of 3.50 meters. It's great for 2 people. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed (2 single beds available). ROOM RATING: Two single beds 90*200 (convertible into a double bed of 180*200 on request when booking and at least ONE WEEK in advance before arrival), ready upon arrival. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive information to pick up your keys and enter your accommodation. - Where can you park your vehicle? The Villa Margaux Loft suite is exclusively reserved for you. Only the garden is shared with other guests. The area is well served by public transport, with the T2 "Pont de Bezons" tram station and several bus lines that will allow you to easily reach the surrounding neighborhoods or the center of Paris. To get to the accommodation: By car: Access via the A86 "Bezons" exit towards Bezons city center. No worries about free parking around the house. Free private parking on the property upon request (depending on availability). By public transport: Access by tram T2: get off at "Pont de Bezons". The house is a 13-minute walk from the tram. Also by RER A: get off at Houilles-Carrières station and take bus 4 or 6 towards Argenteuil and get off at the Calmette stop.
