Villa Margaux has several fully renovated Suites. They have all modern comforts and each have their own decor. The suites are spread throughout the house around a large central staircase and all have access to the garden surrounding the house. In a future that I hope is as soon as possible, Villa Margaux will be able to be rented in full thanks to a common space including a room dedicated to moments of sharing and conviviality. The space In each of our suites you will find a sleeping area with large beds, a living area with kitchen and a shower/wc area. All our suites have been designed for your comfort: - Linens provided for each bed (sheets, towels), sheets and bath mats; - Cleaning included at the end of your stay. All our suites are bright and facing south. ***** This suite is a loft on the 2nd floor (no elevator), under the roofs with 3 large windows. ITS ADDED BONUS: a large open space with a ceiling height of 3.50 meters. It's great for 2 people. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed (2 single beds available). BEDROOM SIDE (unclosed space, open to the living room): Two single beds 90*200 (convertible into a double bed of 180*200 on request when booking and at least ONE WEEK in advance before arrival), ready upon arrival. You will appreciate the comfort of our bedding. For stays of 15 nights or more, we offer a FREE bed linen and towel replacement kit once (on request during the stay). Intermediate cleaning is not provided. LIVING ROOM RATE: Comfortable sofa bed that easily converts into two single beds. The second bed is cleverly hidden under the first and pulls out on feet to offer a practical bed with a real mattress. The beds are ready upon arrival (duvets and pillows available in the wardrobe already ready to be used). TV available to relax Desk with chair for work HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION with free access (via remote socket and wifi) to stay connected or work. COTE CUISINE: Everything you'll need to prepare your breakfast or meals if you don't want to enjoy the city's many restaurants. -Large fridge with large freezer compartment - Induction baking sheet - Extractor hood - Microwave and small electric oven - dishes - Breakfast accessories: Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, teapot, sugar, coffee pods and tea bags for your first night. It is a 13-minute walk from Bezons Town Hall with its shops, restaurants, market, eco-district, bakery, library, pharmacy. GARDEN RATING: The house has a garden of about 300 m2. Garden furniture is available to take your meals or just enjoy sunny days. Smokers are also welcome to use this outdoor space to keep the space clean and odor-free for guests. Guest access - How does check-in take place? For your comfort, we offer a self check-in. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive the information to collect your keys and enter your accommodation. - Or can you park your vehicle? Only the garden is shared with other guests. The neighborhood is well connected by public transport, with the T2 tram station "Pont de Bezons" and several bus lines that will allow you to easily reach the surrounding neighborhoods or the center of Paris. To get to the listing: By car: Access by the A86 exit "Bezons" towards the city center of Bezons. No worries about free parking around the house. Free private parking in the property upon request (depending on availability). By public transport: Access by tram T2: get off at the "Pont de Bezons". The house is a 13 minute walk from the tram. To get to central Paris with this route: allow 35/40 minutes. Also by RER A: get off at Houilles-Carrières station and take bus 4 or 6 in the direction of Argenteuil and get off at the Calmette stop.
