In the heart of Provence, our newly renovated house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and one single), a modern kitchen open to a large living room with beautiful views of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside. The pool with its two terraces is a little paradise! The garden is large with many activities for children (zip line, small tree climbing, tree house, swing, basketball hoop, trampoline) The space The main room is over 80 m2. The kitchen is open to a living room, with dining table for 8 people, a children's play area, 2 sofas, an overhead projector, a desk and above all a magnificent view of the vineyards and the village of Rochefort du Gard. All 4 bedrooms are isolated, fresh and very pleasant. It's a quiet and very pleasant house for a family. We are 5 minutes from the ROQUEMAURE (A9) highway exit, 10 minutes from Avignon, 15 minutes from Pont du Gard, 30 minutes from Nîmes. The village of Rochefort is alive with FoodTruck every Thursday night, bars and restaurants. Super U, tobacco and bakery are 1 km from the house. The beautiful city of Avignon (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is less than 15 minutes away. You can visit the Palais des Papes, the famous Pont d'Avignon and its magnificent cobbled streets. Guest access Everything is accessible except the garage. Other things to note The house is ideally located in the heart of Provence, in the middle of a wine estate. The village of Uzes is 15 minutes away, the market every Saturday morning. Also, 10 minutes away you can enjoy beautiful walks along the river, reach the Pont du Gard, the Gardon in Collias. Châteauneuf du Pape is less than 15 minutes away, Tavel is 5 minutes away. Ideal place for wine lovers. The most beautiful villages in France are 30 minutes away (Les Baux de Provence, Gordes, Roussillon, Séguret...).
