The space Located on the 1st floor of a small condominium, the 100 m² flat is situated in the main square of Cormons. Thanks to its location and the tranquillity of the area, it will provide you with moments of wellbeing and relaxation within walking distance of the best activities in Cormons. Equipped with a private garage and a balcony, where you can sip a pleasant glass of wine at the end of the day, the flat is decorated with photos of Andrea and his family's most significant journeys. The kitchen and the living room are communicating and represent our place of birth, Italy and Friuli Venezia Giulia, you will in fact find Piazza Unità in Trieste and the famous fresco by Michelangelo. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities including a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, filter hood and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is completed by a spacious 8-seater table, a NESPRESSO coffee machine with assorted Italian coffee pods and a water boiler with tea and herbal tea bags. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed, a pouf and a coffee table where you can enjoy your meals, a SMART HD TV with Chromecast that will allow you to watch Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. The first room features a beautiful double bed, plus a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Here you will find photos of Hawaii, taken by Andrea during one of her first trips. The second room is furnished with a comfortable bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe. This room will transport you back to Japan, where Andrea and his family lived for 6 years. Here you will find a beautiful photo taken during the cherry blossom. The third room has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers and is dedicated to Petra and Jordan, one of the places that impressed Andrea the most. In the corridor connecting the rooms you can enjoy the wonderful photographs showing Vietnamese children and their incredible and colourful clothes. From the corridor you have access to the 2 bathrooms: both offer full sanitary facilities, all the space you need for your personal belongings, towels of various sizes, and a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel. The only difference is that the first has a spacious experience shower with jets that will relax you and help you recover your energy and your washing machine. While the second has a comfortable bathtub to immerse yourself in total relaxation. The balcony outside, on the other hand, is furnished with a comfortable table and 4 seats to enjoy the sunset and sip a glass of wine after a wonderful day in Cormons! The whole house is covered by a 1gb Wi-Fi connection and on arrival you will find, depending on the number of guests, all beds complete with sheets, pillowcases and duvet sets. There are two air conditioners offering cold and hot air according to the season! Guest access Access for guests is through a porch that leads directly to the parking spaces and the private garage. In front of the garage there is a safety deposit box with which you will gain access to the property via self check-in: once you have retrieved the keys, just go up one floor of stairs you will arrive directly at the entrance of the flat. The location of the flat is really functional for a traveller as it is in the main square of Cormons (Piazza Libertà). From here you can walk to the main activities in Cormons, including the renowned Tomadin wine and food shop 30 seconds' walk from the flat and numerous bars, clubs and shops. Cormons is considered the capital of Collio thanks to its numerous wineries and agritourisms, and it is also rich in routes to be followed on foot or by bicycle through the vineyards and hills. Its location is very convenient for logistics as it is halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Julian Alps.
