Located in the heart of Argostoli, near the iconic De Bosset Stone Bridge, the charming Lithostroto Shopping Street, and the numerous bars and restaurants along the waterfront, here you will find everything you need! This house is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living with a sofa bed and a 8 seater dining table, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends. The space Oleandro is a recently renovated townhouse, carefully decorated with unique wall art and handcrafted driftwood pieces that add a quirky and cozy character to this island home. The highlight of this house is its potential to host up to 8 guests, whether that may be families or group of friends, here you will find all necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable! Oleandro features a living room equipped with a queen-sized sofa bed, two main bedrooms with queen beds, and a third smaller bedroom, equipped with two single stackable beds, ideal for kids or friends. The first main bedroom, overlooking the De Bosset street, is spacious and if needed can accommodate a baby cot. The second main bedroom has an ensuite full-bathroom and it's patio door (and only window) takes you to the dining area. A second full-bathroom is accessible to all other bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, making mealtime easy and convenient, while the dining table can easily accommodate 8 and up to 10 people. Please note that the kitchen-dinning space, can be accessed exclusively through either the kids bedroom or one the second main ensuite bedroom. Finally, a door to the courtyard will lead you to a small dining corner and grant you access to a laundry machine. Other things to note To further ensure a stress-free stay, families travelling with little ones, you will find here a playpen/cot with a changing mattress, a relax seat, a high chair attachable to the dining table, and a baby bath.
