A few steps from the Via dei Terrazzamenti and the Cassandre walkway, it is the ideal starting point for excursions, relaxation and adventures in nature both in summer and in winter, given its proximity to the famous ski slopes of Val Malenco. Guest access The entire accommodation is accessible via external stairs, without an elevator, located within a historic courtyard. Please note that access to the house requires the use of these stairs. Photos of the route and how to get there easily will be provided. Other things to note The house is in a strategic location for exploring Valtellina. Within walking distance, you will find the Via dei Terrazzamenti, ideal for strolls or bike rides among the famous UNESCO wine terraces. A 2-minute walk away is the Cassandre walkway, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the natural pools of the Mallero stream. The area is perfect for hiking, with trails such as the Rusca trail and the Cammino Mariano of the Alps. You can visit the center of Sondrio, Castel Masegra and the historic center of Scarpatetti, all a few kilometers from the house. In addition, the Valmalenco ski slopes can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, and Bormio or Aprica are about an hour away, perfect for skiing or relaxing at the Terme.
