Despite its peaceful setting, The Saddlery is just a short drive from town, offering fast links to London and Paris via Ashford International Station. Convenient access to the M20 also makes it an ideal stopover for those driving to the Dover ferry. Serene Bedroom: Unwind in a well-appointed bedroom with a king-sized bed and ample storage—perfect for extended stays. Outdoor Oasis: Step onto your private flagstone patio with seating, a barbecue grill, and a firepit. We provide logs for a couple of fires, and additional bags are available for £10 each on request. Outdoor utensils and plates are provided—just bring your own charcoal and lighters. Pet-Friendly: We welcome one clean, well-behaved dog (contact us if bringing more). Pet rules apply. Private Parking: Onsite allocated parking at the front of the barn for up to two cars. Essentials to Get You Started: We provide a starter pack of toiletries, toilet rolls, washing and dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing-up liquid, and hand soap to ensure a comfortable beginning to your stay. Bring any additional items you may need for the length of your stay. Sustainable Utilities: The property runs solely on electricity and is not connected to mains sewage. Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is in place to prevent time wasters, but we’re reasonable. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments or refunds. Other things to note Additional Fees (Optional Services): ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out: £10 per hour, subject to availability. Please message us in advance to check. 🐾 Pet Fee: Our standard pet fee is £25 per pet. To bring 1 more pet its an additional £25 per stay. ***Please note that Airbnb only allows us to include one pet fee in the booking total, so if you're planning to bring more than one pet, kindly let us know in advance as we consider these on a case to case basis. Cleaning & Laundry fee : £80 per stay. Airbnb currently only allows one pet fee through the listing. If you request early check-in, late check-out, or are bringing a second pet, we will send a request for the additional charges through the Airbnb Resolution Center after booking. 🍼 Travel Cot: Available on request—please let us know before your arrival. Electricity Usage The holiday let includes an electricity allowance of £350 per 30-night stay (or the equivalent pro-rata amount for shorter stays). This allowance is intended to cover normal usage. If electricity consumption during the booking period exceeds this allowance, the Guest agrees to pay the additional cost in full. The excess will be calculated using the property’s meter readings and the electricity supplier’s applicable rates at the time of the stay.
