Back at home, you'll enjoy an elegant living area, stunning kitchen, and serene shared courtyard. The space This elegant Balmain East apartment combines timeless French-inspired charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil escape in the midst of a bustling city. As you approach the entrance, you're greeted by a charming garden that sets the tone for your stay. The living area is warm and inviting, featuring vintage-style furnishings, a plush lounge and thoughtful décor that adds character. French doors lead to a private patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing amidst lush greenery. You'll also have access to a shared courtyard, filled with mature trees, herbs and flowering plants where you can fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. The stunning country kitchen allows you to whip up meals with space to dine inside and out. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large wardrobe and French doors opening the garden, creating a serene ambience. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, soft linens and a window view of the lush greenery. Both bedrooms have direct access to the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and rain shower. Nearby street parking is available. This single-level apartment also offers shared laundry facilities for longer stays. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves as well as the BBQ exclusively, as well as access to the shared laundry area, and courtyard. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $35 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) $208 2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $150 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Pet Stays ~ We are 'small' pet-friendly—please add your pet you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Please note that we have a maximum of 1 pet stay per stay - as the owners here prefer. ~ Letterbox Use ~ Note that for security purposes for the owner, we do not have access or a key to the letterbox for the apartment. Do not get mail posted to you at the address because we will have no way to retrieve it for you from the letterbox. Any important hard copy mail that you need sent to you while you stay with us, should be sent to the nearest post office for you to pick up instead (you can check online Australia Post for this information) ~ BBQ grill ~ Please note that if you use the BBQ, you are required to clean it before your checkout. If our cleaner finds that a BBQ has been used and not cleaned or not cleaned properly, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee charged to you ~ Parking ~ There is council managed street parking directly outside the property (2hrs free parking during business hours 8:30am - 6pm 7 days then free after 6pm each day). There may also be some all day free parking spots available on nearby streets, but it would be up to guests to find their own parking spot ~ Air Conditioning ~ This property does not have air conditioning.
