Open plan kitchen with island bench, large fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine and frother (BYO pods), coffee plunger, stick mixer, slow cooker, air fryer, blender. Dining area with table and chairs, blue tooth stereo, assortment of games, puzzles and books. Living area with 2 x 2.5 seater loungers, large glass coffee table, combustion heater (BYO wood), split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, Blu-Ray player. small assortment of dvd's. Free WiFi Main bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan, ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c. Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough, clothes airer. Clothesline on side of shed. Rear deck with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ, egg chair, excellent sea views! Walk through the large gate to access the playground, bike track and beach. Plenty of room for parking and the boat! NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.
