With two air conditioning units and separate controllers, you can set different temperatures in the living room and bedroom. A spacious closet with hangers, drawers, and shelves provides plenty of storage. Thanks to its southeast orientation, the apartment is filled with natural light, but blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep. Despite nearby supermarkets, tram lines, and trains, noise won’t be an issue—I lived here for years and know it’s peaceful. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom features two sinks and a spacious 175cm bathtub. A dining area seats up to six guests. For sleeping, you’ll have a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sofa bed with a comfortable mattress in the living room, and an additional sofa bed. If you'd prefer separate sleeping arrangements, just let us know—we’ll accommodate when possible. Stay connected with smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, work comfortably at the dedicated desk, and enjoy fresh coffee from the capsule coffee machine (coffee included!). If you're using the parking garage, a remote controller for your guaranteed spot will be waiting for you inside the apartment, just to the right in the entry hall of the apartment. Just a 7-minute walk away is the world-famous Krymská Street, packed with lively bars, pubs, and restaurants—perfect for an evening out! Transit: Getting around is easy and convenient! The nearest tram stop is just a 4-minute walk away, and a local train station with a direct connection to Prague’s main station and downtown is only 5 minutes away. You can also walk to the city center in 15–20 minutes—perfect for exploring at your own pace while enjoying a peaceful stay. If you're driving, highway access is seamless—just 5 minutes to reach Prague’s main road.
