Make your life easier in this peaceful 45m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building at the foot of the Canal de Bourgogne, where you can take bike rides or walks. Free parking opposite or 1 min walk away. Many shops in the village (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, gas station...) The space 45 m² apartment located on the second floor without an elevator (not accessible to people with reduced mobility), in the heart of Fleurey-sur-Ouche in a building with 4 apartments on each floor, as well as a café/tea room open only during the day. Living room with a sofa bed for 1 person (note that bed linen and towels for this additional person can be provided on request at no extra charge), a bar counter with bar stools, a semi-equipped kitchen, and a smart TV. A large bedroom with a 140 bed, storage chest and clothing rack. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided for two people. The bed is made on arrival.
