Every space is curated for comfort, with refined interiors, plush bedding, and thoughtful details throughout. Your stay includes access to the alpaca pastures, hot tub, and sauna — but for those who want to elevate their retreat, we offer a range of on-demand experiences. Our on-site host is available to help personalize your stay, from arranging private meals and deluxe picnic baskets to setting up a guided BBQ under the stars. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with 2 foldable sofas, a 90 sqm terrace, a multi-game table, and a soundbar for entertainment and comfort. Please note: there is an additional double room on the property that may be rented separately. As such, access to the outdoor hot tub and dry sauna is available by appointment only, to ensure privacy and a relaxing experience for all guests. In-person check-in is provided, so we can welcome you, give you a brief tour, and make sure you feel right at home. Other things to note House Rules & Regulations – The Tribe Alpaca Retreat To ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience for all our guests (and our alpacas!), please review the following guidelines before booking: ✅ General Rules Check-in: From 4:00 PM (in-person check-in required) Check-out: By 12:00 AM Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Maximum occupancy: As per booking – no unregistered guests allowed No parties or events unless pre-approved No smoking indoors (designated outdoor areas available) No pets – for the safety of our animals and guests No heavy cooking indoors – light meals are fine, but frying, grilling, or any high-odor, smoke-producing cooking is not permitted inside. 🏡 Access & Property Use Guests have exclusive access to the villa, which includes: 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Living room with 2 foldable sofas 90 sqm private terrace Multi-game table & soundbar The villa is located on a 5,000 sqm retreat property, which is shared. There is one additional double room on-site that may be rented out to other guests during your stay. Occasionally, we host small group alpaca experiences (3 hours max) for outside guests; these are limited and do not affect your exclusive use of the house. 🦙 Alpaca Area Interaction with alpacas is only allowed in designated areas. Please follow all instructions during feeding or guided experiences. Children must be supervised at all times Do not feed or approach alpacas without a host present. ♨️ Hot Tub & Sauna Use of the outdoor hot tub and dry sauna is by appointment only, shared between guests on the property Children under 16 must be supervised Please shower before using these facilities No glassware or alcohol in or near the hot tub or sauna Time limits may apply to allow fair use for all guests 🍽️ Meals, BBQs, & Experiences Optional extras (meals, assisted BBQs, picnic baskets, alpaca walks) are available on-demand, at an additional cost, and subject to availability Please request in advance to allow proper planning 🧼 During Your Stay Please treat the space with care and respect Report any damage — accidents happen, and we appreciate honesty Leave the house tidy upon checkout By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these rules.
