Kitchen: Fully equipped modern luxury kitchen with high-quality appliances and separate adjoining cooking studio (2 ovens, 1 steamer, 3 hotplates, 2 refrigerators, 1 coffee machine). Dining area: The open dining table with counter to the kitchen can accommodate 6 people. Adjacent you will find the terrace with seating for 6 people. Bedrooms: Three cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. Bathroom: Stylish bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate guest toilet. Terrace: Two spacious terraces and three balconies invite you to relax and offer space for barbecues or just to enjoy the view. Office: Optionally, the property offers the opportunity to combine the pleasant with the useful by renting five fully equipped workstations on 200 sqm of office space, for example, to design short- or long-term team projects in a professional and inspiring environment.
