There is a gravel drive which will comfortably allow cars or a camper-van to park uncovered in addition to a covered parking area for two cars. We do ask that the gate is kept closed at all other times in order to minimise access by the local wildlife who just love to feast on our garden. Let us know if you’re celebrating a special occasion so we can prepare something special for you. Little Oak is great house for children and the gardens provide many areas for fun and exploration. There is even a small cubby house beside our main house with some activities for children. Please note however that there are steps, slopes, etc around Little Oak and we therefore request you supervise children closely. We do not provide cots, high chairs or any other amenities specifically for babies or young children. So whatever you need, please bring it with you. The house is not baby proofed but we trust parents judgment in regard to this. Wildlife and Nature! As it gets colder in Southern Tasmania it is not unusual for mice and quolls to seek warmth. We endeavor to prevent these little visitors from coming inside and have a regular pest inspection. Registration Details VA-6/2023
