In the middle of the Lusatian Lake District, on the northern edge of our village, on the alpaca farm, lies the YELLOW HOUSE LAKE DISTRICT with its 2 large apartments. From here you can get directly to the adjacent bike and hiking trail on the banks of the Schwarzen Elster and in a few minutes you are on the beach of Lake Geierwald with bars, restaurants and sup and boat rentals. The alpacas next door are a highlight for the kids. Day trips to Dresden, Saxon Switzerland and the Spreewald are also recommended. The space Families with children are especially welcome as we have plenty of space to relax and play. Extensive toddler equipment awaits you. You will stay in our 125 square meter comfortably furnished apartment ON THE GROUND FLOOR. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double rooms with a bathroom and a guest toilet. 2 extra beds are possible in another room. For 4 installers, we are happy to provide the 4 rooms for single use. A cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay. Since we are South Africa lovers, you will feel a little of our wanderlust in the African furnished ELEFANT room. The MÖWE room is designed in a maritime style and from the ALPAKA room you can watch the animals of the alpaca farm in the morning. Furthermore, the small room WALD with a double sofa bed is available. All rooms are separately accessible. The heart of our vacation home is a 3000 sqm wildly romantic natural property. There are seats in the large garden, where you can enjoy your breakfast in a sunny spot in the morning, as well as the sunset in the west in the evening. A covered barbecue area is available. For the children there is a trampoline and table tennis table and outdoor shower provide fun and variety for everyone. From autumn, when the leaves have fallen, until spring, you have an unobstructed view from the upper floor of Lake Geierswalder See and the lighthouse. The second apartment on the upper floor can also be requested depending on availability. Guest access The entire place is used exclusively by you and your fellow travelers. Other things to note In addition to free parking at the house, there are two charging stations for electric cars. You are welcome to request (additional) bicycles before arrival. There is a bicycle garage for your bicycles. Supermarkets and a bakery are located in the neighboring village or in the city of Senftenberg, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Twice a week, the baker is up early with his stand near the apartment. You can find this information upon arrival.
