The 150m2 property is located on a 400m2 plot, entirely fenced and characterized by a porch for al fresco dining, paved solarium with sunbeds and a heated whirlpool tub with chromotherapy and ozone therapy. The synthetic grass lawn offers a panoramic bioclimatic pergola overlooking the beautiful valley. A direct passage leads to the swimming pool for the guests' private use located in the neighboring property that belongs to the same owners, Doriana and Giuseppe, very friendly and discreet people always happy to provide excellent suggestions and assistance during the stay. The villa is on two levels connected by a modern led lighted staircase. The entrance on the ground floor is directly into the open space consisting of a bright living room with comfortable sofas and TV area, adjacent dining room and equipped kitchen with central island and decorative fireplace. From the kitchen you can exit directly to the porch with brick barbecue area, table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining. A door and a few steps separate the kitchen from the double bedroom, with private entrance from the outside and en suite bathroom with shower. The living room leads to a laundry area and a service bathroom with double sink. The large staircase takes to the mezzanine floor consisting of a double bed with en suite bathroom with shower.
