Inspired by a mid-century style one-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, located in a peaceful, green neighborhood. The apartment, 36 m² in size, is situated on the second floor and comes with a charming balcony – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The building is surrounded by walking paths, park, outdoor basketball court and exercise equipment. The swimming pool and gym is located within 13 minute walk from apartment. The space The interior is designed in a warm retro style, with vibrant tones throughout, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The living room doubles as a bedroom, featuring a comfortable sofa bed. Eastern sun allows plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, includes a modern coffee machine as well as the tea, coffee, sugar itself and some welcome sweets. The bathroom comes with a bath and all required cosmetics and hygiene accessories. Additionally, the apartment includes a free on-site parking space. To fulfill the pleasant atmosphere apartment is decorated with a Lithuanian hand-made means such as home fragrance, candles, coffee cups and other. This is a perfect home for those who appreciate retro charm and a peaceful environment. Guest access Guests can feel free to use entire apartment and the balcony for their needs. Other things to note Heating and control: The heating is only switched on during the winter season, and its regulation is limited, as the heating is supplied by the City Municipality. Such rules exist throughout Lithuania and most of Europe. Bedding rules: If you have booked an apartment for 2 people, we treat you as a couple and you will sleep in one double bed with one set of bed linen. If you want to sleep with separate blankets or in a separate bed, you must let us know before booking, and we will prepare an additional bed set. The price of an additional bed set: 20eur (one-time fee) Bedding sizes: The size of the bedding depends on the size of the bed: If the bed is 2x2 meters - the bedding will be 2x2 in size If the bed is 1.6x2 meters - the bedding will be 1.6x2 in size Bedding set: - Two pillows - One blanket (the size of your bed) - One sheet (the same size as your bed) - Two large towels 140x70 cm Fee for breaking the rules: Smoking in the apartment - 100 EUR Leaving a very dirty apartment - 70 EUR Parties - 100 EUR The arrival of the fire service or the police due to your fault - 50 EUR Loss of the key - 50 EUR Loss of the parking console - 50 EUR
