The villa is located in Busteni, Poiana Tapului District, 15 minutes walk from Cantacuzino Castle which is the main tourist attraction in Busteni, 45 minutes from Urlatoarea Waterfall, 5 km from the center and 5.5 km from Peles Castle. They communicate through the inner staircase, but they also have separate access from the outside. The apartment has a kitchen, dining area, 140 cm smart TV, two rooms with two very comfortable extendable sofas and a bathroom with a washing machine. The suite on the first level has a bedroom with a king size bed, 110 cm smart TV and bathroom, and in the attic a 160 cm smart TV, a huge 3.6 m x 2 m bed consisting of two king size mattresses and a beautiful view of the mountains and the Caraiman Cross.
