The space From the moment you enter, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed and stylishly furnished apartment that perfectly combines comfort, productivity, and relaxation. A short hallway on the ground floor leads directly into the apartment. The modern bathroom is located immediately on the left and features a comfortable shower – perfect for starting your day feeling refreshed and relaxed. Straight ahead, you’ll find the cozy living and sleeping area. The large double bed invites you to sleep in and unwind, while the Smart TV with Netflix is perfect for relaxing movie nights. To the right of the bed, there is a practical sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space if needed. A particular highlight is the integrated solid wood desk located to the left of the bed. With its indirect lighting and built-in power outlets, it provides a stylish yet fully equipped workspace – perfect for guests who want to stay productive during their stay. The small, high-quality kitchen is located in a separate alcove, pleasantly separated from the living and sleeping area. It is equipped with all essential kitchen utensils, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals. Longer stays are also well catered for: a washing machine is available for your use. Laundry and cleaning supplies are conveniently stored in the cabinet beneath the sink, so there is no need to purchase anything extra. Speaking of essentials: everything you need for your daily needs is conveniently close by. A PENNY and EDEKA supermarket, as well as a gas station, are located directly across the street. For fresh bread in the morning, a bakery is just a 3-minute walk away. The Line 3 tram is also within easy reach, with the nearest stop only about 300 meters from the apartment. This means shopping and convenient public transport connections are just a short walk away. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay. No one else will enter the apartment during your stay. For your added comfort, an additional paid cleaning service can be arranged at any time upon request. Other things to note Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartment. Smoking is also not permitted inside the accommodation. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available outside and can be reached within just a few seconds.
