Spacious and budget friendly 2 bedroom villa with common pool in porvorim north Goa PLEASE READ RE THE MAIN ACCESS ROAD AND THE HIGHWAY ROAD WORK IN DETAILS IN DESCRIPTION SECTION The space This is Our comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom villa with shared pool in porvorim north Goa it has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms 1 extra bathroom in the living room 1 living room fully equipped kitchen dining table common swimming pool (with time slots for usage) this property has 4 villas and one swimming pool in between parking is common for all 4 villas cleaning will be done daily by the onsite caretakers For example, Pool will be open from 9 am to 9 pm 3 hrs for each villa 9am - 12 pm - slot 1 12 pm - 3 pm - slot 2 3 pm - 6 pm - slot 3 6pm - 9 pn - slot 4 Must be Different slot each day PLEASE NOTE THE HIGHWAY I BEING BUILT SO SOMETIMES OUR ACCESS ROAD IS BLOCKED. (CURRENTLY ITS OPEN) . WHENEVER THEY HAVE TO BREAK THE ROAD AND REPAIR IT, OUR ACCESS ROAD WILL BE CLOSED AND THE VEHICHLES WILL HAVE TO BE PARKED ON THE HIGHWAY. THE ROAD WORK GOES ON FOR 24-48 HOURS . THEY WILL INFORM US A WEEK BEFORE AS PER THE DISCUSSION WITH THE ROAD AUTHORITIES. AND WE WILL THEN INFORM THE GUESTS WHO HAVE BOOKED DURING THOSE DATES. CURRENTLY THE ROAD IS ACCESSIBLE AND VEHICLES CAN BE PARKED ON THE PROPERTY.
