Main house (heart of a lion) has 3 suites in total. Suite 1 is 2 rooms sharing one bathroom. One room has a king-size bed and the other has 2 single beds. It can accommodate 4 people. Suite 2 is 2 rooms sharing one bathroom. Each room has a king-size bed. It is the room with the best view in the whole house and can accommodate 4 people. Suite 3 is a large room with an independent bathroom. There is a double bed and 2 single beds in the room, which can accommodate 4 people. The space French Chateau, where inspiration.landscape and luxury convergeto create an unparalleled lifestyleexperience on approximately 30acres. Guest access The kitchen pantry, laundry room, garage, and guest room on the right hand side of the first floor entrance are all private; 2 living rooms, 1 outdoor living room, breakfast room, dinner area, and outdoor barbecue area are all available for guests to use. Other things to note Here are some tips: 1. Please wear slippers when entering the door. All slippers are on the right hand side of the main door. 2. All Wi-Fi passwords are same. 3. Please park your car at the location in picture 1. 4. Gates will open at 2 p.m. and guests can check in, if you don’t mind, please tell me the check-in time, I will tell you how to use some facilities in the house. 5. If you need to use the bathtub, please use it before 6pm. Because we are electric heater, it takes 4 hours to heat up again. 6.Our napkins are insoluble in water, so please throw them in the trash. 7 . If the temperature at night is below 18℃, all the gas heater will automatically turn on from 6 pm to 8 am without any operation. 8. Our main door will unlock all the time, Because this area is very secure, each of your rooms can also be locked from the inside, each suite has an electronic lock. 9. When you check out, please take your trash home. 10. We set the price based on the number of people, for less than 6 people, we will open 3 bedrooms (including 2 King beds and 2 single beds). For more than 6 people, each additional person will be charged AUD$80 per person per night (infants under one year old are free, and children over one year old and under 12 years old are half price). When there are more than 6 people but less than 8 people, we will open 4 bedrooms (including 3 King beds and 2 single beds). When there are more than 8 people, we will open all 5 bedrooms . 11. If you bring pets, you will need to pay an additional $300 per pet for full house cleaning, but if it is not necessary, please do not bring pets 12. For early check-in and late check-out, we charge $50/hour. 13.Please save energy by turning off the air conditioner and heater when you leave the house. 14. Please keep all outdoor doors closed. This is a rural area and if you open the door, rats and other animals may come in.
