Welcome to our Hygge apartment in the heart of Erlangen. Enjoy city life in a cozy atmosphere in our newly furnished 3-room apartment. With us you will stay right in the center of Erlangen. University hospitals, university, Siemens, Bergkirchweih, shopping arcade, arcades, train station, bakeries, restaurants and much more are in the immediate vicinity. Whether vacation, business or family trip, we look forward to seeing you soon! The space We (Kristina & Christian) welcome you to our newly renovated apartment. Hygge is a Danish concept that describes coziness, security and a cozy atmosphere. It's about enjoying the little things in life, often in the company of friends and family. We have set up our first small AirBnB according to this concept and we hope that you will feel comfortable. Be one of our first guests. We are excited, look forward to seeing you and look forward to feedback of any kind! The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and an additional toilet. In bedroom 1 there is a large bed (180 x 200). In bedroom 2 you will find another large bed (180 × 200) and two more single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. There is also a workplace in the room For an occupancy of 1-2 people, only the larger bedroom 2 is open. In both bedrooms you will find open wardrobes. A crib is available and can be set up and used by you at no extra cost. A fresh sheet can be found on the baby bed. In the cozily furnished living room you will find a large sofa, with TV (incl. Netflix), a dining area with 6 seats, a highchair and a children's play corner. The fully equipped kitchen with small counter invites you to cook. A Nespresso coffee machine and a basic set of spices, dishwashing liquid, dish towels, etc. are available. Guest access We will send you a numerical code with which you can enter the apartment. For emergencies, we've installed a key box where you can find a key. Other things to note The train station and the bus station are within 3 minutes' walking distance. Nevertheless, you can't hear any train traffic. The property does not have a parking space and parking in the street is only very limited. For loading and unloading, it is temporarily allowed to stand with hazard warning lights on Goethestraße. Please do not park on the sidewalk under any circumstances. The Public Order Office is very active in the area. The large parking lot West Erlangen is a 300 m walk away. Here you can park for €9 per day (as of 08/22/2024). Via the Gerbereitunnel you arrive at the accommodation in 4 minutes. Smoking and animals are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is located in an apartment building where students, retirees, families, etc. also live. That's why it's important to stick to the quiet hours.
