Very nice 3-star cottage that can house up to 6 people, completely renovated, with swimming pool, in an old character farmhouse bordering the Loire, and easy to access along the D103. The space On the ground floor you have: a fully equipped open kitchen area (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine + fondue service on request) / living room / dining room, a bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with dresser, and a bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with new bedding: one bedroom with a bed 140x200 cm, and one bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm, as well as storage spaces. To simplify your life and lighten your suitcases, sheets, tea towels and towels are provided. Beds are made upon your arrival. 🙂 - Possibility of table and iron, and baby equipment on request (Babybjorn umbrella bed with mattress pad and sheets, high chair and booster seat, baby bath). - Many books, comics, board games, tourist documentation and maps of the area are at your disposal. - A private terrace with garden table, armchair and charcoal barbecue (not provided), is dedicated to you. For the happiness of young and old: a swimming pool (open from June to September depending on the weather) with terrace for lazing (garden furniture, sunbeds, swing), a petanque court, a children's play trunk (water games, fries, balloons, beach snowshoes, jump rope...), a giant trampoline, a swing and slide gantry, a wooden cabin, and a children's picnic table, all with views of the Loire and the sucs of Haute-Loire. Guest access You enjoy your accommodation on the rental day from 3pm, and the keys are to be returned on the day of departure before 11am. Lockbox in case of absence of the owner. Step-free access. Secure gate, reserved indoor parking space. Semi-enclosed land: fenced on the road side, separated from the Loire arm by a meadow, not closed. It is recommended that we always keep an eye on our little ones. 🙂 Outside space with private terrace. The rest of the property with the pool and its terrace, the trampoline, the swing and slide gantry, the children's cabin, the pétanque court, the meadow bordering the Loire, are shared spaces. I always take care of the respect and tranquility of my guests. Other things to note 3 minutes' walk away, discover the Island of Cheyrac surrounded by the Loire, with its children's games (including zip line), giant barbecue and picnic tables available, a small, shady and rejuvenating corner of paradise. Nearby: cinema, swimming pool with spa in Lavoûte-sur-Loire, tree climbing with mega zip line, canoeing, hiking in the juices, paragliding departure and hot air balloon, and all the historical and cultural splendors of Le Puy en Velay 20 min away. Local Sunday morning market in Vorey. On the practical side: a grocery store with many local products and bread deposit 500 m away + all the local shops and a supermarket 5 minutes away by car, in Vorey sur Arzon.
