Very nice 3-star gîte that can accommodate up to 6 people, completely renovated, with swimming pool, in an old farmhouse with character bordering the Loire, and easy to access along the D103. The space On the ground floor you have: a fully equipped open kitchen area (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine + fondue service on request)/living room/dining room, a bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with dresser, and a bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with new bedding: one bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, and one bedroom with 2 90 x 200 cm beds, as well as storage spaces. To simplify your life and lighten your suitcases, sheets, tea towels and bath towels are provided. The beds are made upon arrival. 🙂 - Possibility of ironing board and iron, and baby equipment on request (Babybjorn baby bed with mattress and sheets, high chair and booster, baby bath). - Many books, comics, board games, tourist documentation and maps of the region are at your disposal. - A private terrace with garden table, armchair and charcoal barbecue (not included), is dedicated to you. For the happiness of young and old: a swimming pool (open from June to September depending on the weather) with terrace for relaxing (garden furniture, deckchairs, swing), a petanque court, a trunk of children's games (water games, fries, balloons, beach rackets, skipping rope...), a giant trampoline, a swing and slide gantry, a wooden hut, and a picnic table for children, all with views of the Loire and the Haute-Loire juices. Guest access You can enjoy your accommodation on the day of rental from 3 p.m., and the keys are to be returned on the day of departure before 11 a.m. Key box in case of absence of the owner. Ground floor access. Secure gate, reserved covered parking space. Semi-enclosed plot: fenced on the road side, separated from the branch of the Loire by a meadow, not enclosed. It is recommended to always keep a close eye on our little ones. 🙂 Outdoor area with private terrace. The rest of the property with the swimming pool and its terrace, the trampoline, the swing and slide, the children's hut, the petanque court, the meadow bordering the Loire, are shared spaces. I always ensure the respect and tranquility of my guests. Other things to note A 3-minute walk away, discover the Ile de Cheyrac surrounded by the Loire, with its children's games (including zip line), giant barbecue and picnic tables available, a small corner of shaded and rejuvenating paradise. Nearby: cinema, swimming pool with spa in Lavoûte-sur-Loire, tree climbing with mega zip line, canoeing, hiking in the sucs, paragliding and hot air balloon departure, and all the historical and cultural splendors of Puy en Velay 20 min away. Local market on Sunday morning in Vorey. Practical side: a grocery store with many local products and bread delivery 500 m away + all local shops and a supermarket 5 min away by car, in Vorey sur Arzon.
