The space The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 large kitchen. There is 1 locked storage room (for staff only). Park 4 cars in the house + 2 cars outside the fence. 💡Affordable accommodation (for 2-9 people)💡 The house is suitable for those who find a place to stay overnight, have a mattress, air conditioning, safe parking in the house | There is a bathroom with hot water, do not expect luxury, plenty of space, privacy. 🛏️ * Bed making service * 🛏️ ★ Bedroom 1 (16 sqm), sleeps 2, 1 king bed ★ Bedroom 2 (16 sqm), sleeps 2, 1 king bed Living ★ room, sleeps 5, (1 person sleeps, sofa bass + 4 people sleep folded futon) 🌿 Note🌿 5-9 🔹people can sleep in the living room. 1 person sleeps on the sofa bed and 4 people sleep on the folding mattresses (3 folding mattresses). Pillows and blankets are provided. 🔹Guests sleeping on a folding mattress can choose to sleep in the living room, bedroom 1, or bedroom 2 (sleep wherever you want). 🍽️ THE KITCHEN 🍽️ The kitchen focuses on buying finished food from outside. Mavekin has a refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle (kitchen utensils are not provided)/plates, bowls, spoons are available (not washed back, fine 100 baht). 💕Amenities💕 - There are 2 air conditioners in the bedroom + 1 in the living room. -Android TV 40 inch - Free Wi-Fi - One towel per person is placed on the bed (on the day of arrival only). - Shampoo and body wash -Water Heater - Microwave, Kettle, Refrigerator Guest access You can book the entire house. 🔹 For a reservation of 2 people for 7 nights or less, the second bedroom will be locked. If you want separate bedrooms, we can arrange both rooms for an additional laundry fee of 150 baht. Longer 🔹stays (more than 7 days) - all bedrooms are available. The storage🔹 room is locked (staff only). Other things to note * * * occupancy rules * * * > Self check-in from 1 pm onwards (with key code). The code will be sent at 12:45 pm on the day of arrival. > Check-out 11:00 am/At 11.00-13.00, the housekeeper must enter the cleaning for the next customer. > Do not wash dishes back, fine 100 baht > Fine 300 baht/person/night in case the customer exceeds the number booked. > For a reservation of 2 people for 7 nights or less, the second bedroom will be locked. Charging electric car (EV) if violated a fine of 2,000 baht per day and if any damage occurs the guest will be fully responsible. > No grilling. No pork pans. Do not bring any other grilling utensils to use the property. > No smoking in the house, only allowed outside the house/No pets/No durian in the house (smell removal fine 3,000 baht) > Do not!! Throw sanitary napkins or trash into the toilet. The toilet is used normally and is checked every time before guests check in. At check-out, if the toilet does not flush, a 2,000 baht fee will be charged for unblocking the drain. 🧾 For long-term stays (more than 7 days) 🧾 1. Electricity is charged according to actual usage (5 baht per unit, equal to the government's retail price). The electricity bill is calculated from the house meter on the check-in date to the check-out date. 2. Free cleaning service every 7 days 🌿 Please read before booking. 🌿 Some 🔸 🐕 neighbors have dogs. The house is located in a residential area. Some neighbors have dogs and sometimes the fence is left open or the dog may dig out of the fence. This may make some people feel uncomfortable if they have to walk past the neighbor's house. This is beyond the control of the house. 🔸 🦟 Ants, insects, and food scraps Due to the hot and humid climate of Thailand, ants and insects may appear if food scraps are left in the house for too long. For the cleanliness and livability of the house, please cooperate in regularly disposing of food scraps and garbage in the bins outside the house. 🌼 The house only accepts reservations from customers who understand and accept the above conditions.
