Spacious and private. 🛏️ * Guaranteed bed arrangement * 🛏️ ★ Bedroom 1 (16 sqm) sleeps 2 with 1 king size bed ★ Bedroom 2 (16 sq. m.) sleeps 2, 1 king size bed ★ Living room, sleeps 5, (1 person sleeps on the sofa bed + 4 people sleep on folding futons) 🌿 Note🌿 🔹 Guests 5-9 sleep in the living room. 1 person sleeps on the sofa bed and 4 people sleep on folding futons (3 soft futons). Pillows and nano blankets are provided. 🔹 Guests sleeping on the futons can choose to sleep in the living room, bedroom 1 or bedroom 2 (wherever they want to sleep). 🍽️ Kitchen 🍽️ The kitchen is mainly for buying ready-made food to microwave. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle (no cooking utensils provided). There are dishes, bowls, spoons (no overnight washing, 100 baht fine). 💕 Amenities 💕 - 2 air conditioners in the bedroom + 1 in the living room - 40-inch Android TV - Free Wi-Fi - One towel per person is placed on the bed (on the day of arrival only). - Shampoo and body wash - Water heater - Microwave, kettle, refrigerator Guest access Book the entire house. 🔹 For bookings of 2 guests for 7 nights or less, the second bedroom will be locked. If you want to separate the bedrooms, we can prepare both rooms for an additional laundry fee of 150 baht. 🔹 For long-term stays (more than 7 days), all bedrooms are available. 🔹 The storage room is locked (staff only). Other things to note *** Rules *** > Self check-in from 1:00 pm onwards (with key code). The code will be sent at 12:45 pm on the day of arrival. > Check-out 11:00 am/ Between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, the housekeeper must come in to clean for the next guest. > Fine of 100 baht for not washing dishes at night > Fine of 300 baht/person/night if the number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked. > For bookings of 2 guests for 7 nights or less, the second bedroom will be locked. If you want to separate the bedrooms, we can arrange both rooms for an additional laundry fee of 150 baht. > Children are charged the same price as adults. > No!! Charging electric vehicles (EV). If violated, a fine of 2,000 baht per day will be charged and if any damage occurs, the guest will be fully responsible. > No grilling, no frying pans, no other grilling equipment in the accommodation. > No smoking in the house, only allowed outside the house. / No pets allowed. / No durian in the house (fine of 3,000 baht for odor removal). > Do not throw sanitary pads or trash down the toilet. The toilet is used normally and is checked every time before guests check in. If the toilet does not flush at check out, there will be a 2,000 baht charge for unblocking. 🧾 For long-term stays (more than 7 days) 🧾 1. Electricity is charged according to actual usage (5 baht per unit, equal to the government rate). The electricity bill is calculated from the meter on the check-in date to the check-out date. 2. The house is located in a residential area where some neighbors have dogs and sometimes the fence may be left open or the dog may climb over the fence. This may make some people feel uncomfortable if they want to walk past the neighbor's house. This is something beyond the control of the house. 🔸 🦟 Ants, insects and food scraps Due to the hot and humid climate of Thailand, ants and insects may appear if food scraps are left in the house for too long. For the cleanliness and comfort of the house, please cooperate in taking food scraps and garbage to the trash can outside the house regularly. 🌼 The house only accepts reservations from customers who understand and accept the above conditions.
