The space ☀️ Outdoors & Recreation (At the front of the house) You have exclusive access to beautiful outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and socializing: Covered terrace with outdoor bar: The perfect place for your aperitifs, equipped with a refrigerator to keep your drinks cool at all times. Relaxation area: A pleasant outdoor lounge to relax in front of the landscape. Play area: A private pétanque court and a dartboard to liven up your afternoons and evenings. 🛋️ Living spaces & a friendly kitchen Our spacious 195 m² (2,098 sq ft) country house combines the charm of the old with modern comforts: Bright veranda: A magnificent veranda that opens to the living room, ideal for admiring the surrounding nature and the panoramic view while staying warm. Spacious living area: A large living room, perfect for shared meals and friendly evenings. Festive equipment (upon prior request): To enhance your meals, we provide: a raclette machine, a gas plancha, a hot dog machine, a panini machine and a fryer (oil not included). 🏡 The sleeping area (4 bedrooms configured for groups) The house has 4 large comfortable bedrooms configured to accommodate everyone with maximum comfort: Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed. Bedroom 2: 2 large double beds + 1 single bed. Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + 1 single bed. Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds. 🚿 Bathrooms & Amenities For the comfort of your group, the house has two well-distributed bathing areas: On the ground floor: A bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs: A bathroom with shower, including a separate toilet directly accessible from the bathroom. 🔑 Access, Welcome & Rules for the Stay Entire place: You have exclusive access to the entire cottage and all its outdoor areas throughout your stay. Hand-over of keys: We will be pleased to personally welcome you upon your arrival to hand you the keys and show you around the house. Safety (Important): As a safety measure against bad weather, please close all the Velux windows in the house before each outing during your stay. Departure arrangements: To facilitate the management of the linens, please do not strip the beds and leave the duvet covers and pillowcases in place. To check the premises together, please let us know your checkout time at least 1 hour in advance. 🐾 Pets On request only: Your furry friends can be part of the trip with our prior agreement. Unfenced property: The garden opens onto the surrounding countryside (with a beautiful view of the pool). Animals must remain under your supervision for their safety and out of respect for the local wildlife. 🌳 The setting and activities Located in unspoiled natural surroundings, the cottage is the perfect base for your outdoor activities: Hikes & Walks: Explore the forest trails and take in the unique panoramas of the Beaujolais hills.
