Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay one minutes walk from Felixstowe sea front and amusement’s. This lovely 2 bedroom home is situated on Beach Road West Felixstowe IP112BL and is the perfect place for a family or group looking to have a relaxing beach weekend. Downstairs in the home is the kitchen and living room with all standard amenities. Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms and 6 beds one of which is a single person sofa bed. The space This charming Beach house is located on Beach Road West IP112BL which is only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Felixstowe pier and amusements is a 8 minute walk along the beach promenade from the home and the same distance walk from Beach street with a great selection on restaurants and entertainment. The home is self check in via a key lockbox. The local train station is a 1.2 mile trip from the home taking 5 minutes in a car or a 24 minute walk. The home has a private gated garage guests are welcome to use but please be warned that in peak summer season it does sometimes get blocked by inconsiderate people so i would recommend parking Infront of the garage/home if you are in one vehicle if in two vehicles i would recommend parking one vehicle in the garage and the other in front of it avoiding anyone else blocking it. Please be warned the homes staircase is rather small measuring at 90cm in width. Contractor's and workers are more than welcome to stay and i m happy to work out a reduced rate for long stays/ repeat stays. Guest access The whole home and garage are available for guests to use. The home is also self check in.
