Parties are not allowed in the house and it is normally designed to accommodate 6 people, but I can add inflatable mattresses to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people. The house is not equipped to meet ERP (establishments open to the public) standards and can therefore only accommodate a maximum of 15 people at the same time, whether for sleeping or even during the day. Anyone who violates these last 2 rules will have their reservation canceled immediately. The bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 13 people, 1 person can sleep on the sofa, and additional convertible mattresses can be placed in the large living room. In this case, a supplement of €10 per night per person will be charged to provide you with mattresses, bed linen, and towels for each additional person beyond 6 people. The additional mattresses that need to be placed in the living room and/or the bedrooms can be stored in the garage so as not to clutter the premises during the day or evening. A travel cot with an integrated changing table is available free of charge in the house upon request. The kitchen opens onto a large, bright 70 m2 living room and is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, an induction hob, a hood, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are also available. A work space has been set up with a large desk so that you can work comfortably. For your comfort, the house has underfloor heating in all rooms as well as a pellet stove in the living room, which you can light for warmer evenings. You can enjoy the entire house, except for the garage and the laundry room, which are not part of the rental. However, the double garage can also be rented to you upon request for an additional €10 per rental day. In this case, you will have direct, level access via the interior of the house without having to climb any steps! Without the garage option, you will have 4 free parking spaces in front of the house at your disposal. With the garage option, you will have 2 indoor parking spaces and 4 private outdoor spaces.
