No parties are allowed in the house and this one is normally intended to sleep 6 people, but it is possible for me to add inflatable mattresses to complete the beds up to a maximum of 15 people. The house is not equipped with ERP standards (establishments receiving the public) and therefore can only accommodate 15 people maximum at the same time, whether for sleeping or even during the day. Anyone who violates these last 2 rules will have their reservation canceled on the spot. Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 13 beds, 1 person can sleep on the couch, and additional convertible mattresses can be placed in the living room which is large. You will be asked for a supplement of €10 per night per person in this case to provide you with the mattresses, bed linen and towels for each additional person, beyond 6 people. Additional mattresses that will need to be arranged in the living room and/or bedrooms may be deposited in the garage so as not to clutter the premises during the day or evening. An umbrella bed with integrated changing table is available free of charge in the house on request. The kitchen is open to a large bright living room of 70 m2, and is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, range hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A workspace has been set up with a large desk so you can be comfortable working. For your comfort, the house benefits from underfloor heating in all rooms as well as a pellet stove in the living room, which you can light for warmer evenings. You can take advantage of the entire house, except for the garage and laundry room which are not part of the rental. However, the double garage can also be rented to you on request for an additional €10 per rental day. In this case you will have direct access on one level via the inside of the house without having any steps to climb! Without the garage option, you will have at your disposal 4 free parking spaces in front of the house. With the garage option, you will have 2 indoor parking spaces and 4 private outdoor spaces.
