Completed in October 2024, this Friesenhaus is in a quiet location, without through traffic, from Eilsum directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief! The interior design was lovingly designed in cooperation with an interior designer and conveys Frisian coziness in a modern country house look with maritime sounds. On entering the house you will notice the high-quality and partly custom-made furnishings of the house by the carpenter. After the entrance area, you enter the almost fully equipped kitchen, which has, among other things, an induction hob, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blender, various baking utensils, espresso cooker and a tea service. Adjacent is the spacious, stylishly furnished living and dining area. On the bench equipped with cozy pillows as well as the comfortably upholstered dining room chairs, you can also linger longer after a meal together for a "cloning" or fun game night. In the sitting area, equipped with large smart TV and separate digital music system, you can spend relaxing evenings on the spacious corner sofa. Since the property is directly adjacent to the Sieltief, you have a fantastic view of the countryside and the water from the entire living/dining area – pure relaxation! From here you can access the large, fully furnished terrace. On the in-house dock equipped with other seats, you can enjoy the sunset in the evening with a delicious glass of wine. Also on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with 1.60 m box spring double bed (single mattresses) and wardrobe, as well as the large bathroom with integrated infrared cabin, walk-in open shower area, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin. On the upper floor are the two other bedrooms, each with 1.80 m box spring double beds (single mattresses), built-in wardrobes and smart TV. Another bright bathroom with roof window, walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer is available here. Washer dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron as well as vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils, can be found in the boiler room if needed. A kettle grill for your barbecue pleasure is also available. The entire house is provided with wooden flooring look tiles and pleasant underfloor heating. Fly screens are attached to the most important windows, and blackout shutters are also installed in the bedrooms. Enjoy the magnificent view of the deep in the cozy, private beach chair and listen to the sound of the wind in the trees. In front of the house, there are two car parking spaces and a wallbox for charging an electric car (for an extra fee, billable directly on site). There is also a garden house with electricity for your bicycles or a storage space for bicycles. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. We do not guarantee full availability and sufficient speed. Note: The property is located directly on the Siel. It is not fenced and access to the water is not secured. (Small) children should not go into the garden unattended. Children in particular should be able to swim safely. No liability is assumed for personal injury. The neighboring house is "Wind in den Bäumen" or the accommodations "Giebelträumchen", "Heiti's Koje", "Oktopus" and "Sielkiekjes" on the other side, should you need more space. Eilsum is an East Frisian warftend village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisian's historic landscape by bike. Countless signposted bike paths take you through quaint villages, along the canals and hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with the Kunsthalle, museums, the "Otto-Huus" and much more. The house is in a new development area, so we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and dust nuisances. Feel free to book a laundry package as an option.
