The kitchen offers stone benchtops and high quality appliances, including a Miele 5-burner gas cooktop, wall-mounted convection oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher and a family-sized Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer. A dining table seats 6 people while the lounge area has a comfy 2-3 seater sofa, an occasional chair with footstool, a large screen smart TV with surround-sound speakers, wall-mounted reverse cycle aircon and a rug for winter comfort. A study nook comes complete with a desk and office chair. Glass sliding doors take you out to a spacious, wraparound balcony, providing an alfresco dining table for 6-8 people, a gas barbecue and potted plants, all set against expansive views of Melbourne reaching as far as the CBD (Downtown). Back inside, there are 2 available carpeted bedrooms, both with queen sized beds and block-out blinds for sleep-ins. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardroom and an ensuite bathroom complete with a double vanity, a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen and stylish white subway tiling. A second bedroom has built-in wardrobes with loads of space and its own private balcony with urban views. The apartment’s second bathroom provides a combined bathtub/shower with a frameless glass screen and subway tiling. There’s also a dedicated laundry room with a Bosch front-loader washing machine and drying rack. Other things to note * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. * Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
