It is a non-smoking apartment with high-quality furnishings, a living and dining room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower. You have 125 square meters of living space at your disposal, as well as a charming balcony. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and is located in the heart of Osthofen. In addition to a luxurious, cozy, newly furnished, and stylish apartment, you will find supermarkets (Edeka, Aldi, etc.) and a drugstore nearby, all reachable within about a 4-minute drive. A bakery is just 250 meters from the apartment. You are also close to the beautiful RheinTerrassenWeg trail. Restaurants, banks, and a gas station are also in the immediate vicinity. You can start your day perfectly with a NESPRESSO coffee and a view of the courtyard, enjoying all the wonderful amenities of this apartment, including its cozy furnishings and beautiful balcony. Additionally, there is a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV in the living room offers Netflix and internet/TV connectivity, allowing you to comfortably watch your favorite movies and shows. The fastest possible internet is available throughout the apartment, so everyone can enjoy high-performance connectivity simultaneously, whether for streaming or work-related video calls. In the living room, you’ll find a large dining area for up to 8 people, along with a cozy seating area with a spacious sofa. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The fully renovated bathroom includes a large shower with a hand shower, a comfortable bathtub for relaxing evenings, and a spacious sink. The apartment also has a washer-dryer, allowing you to enjoy longer stays with self-sufficiency. If you’re taller, just a friendly note to watch out in certain passages, as the ceiling is a bit lower due to the traditional timber construction ;-) In the courtyard, there is a garage available for you at the very back on the left. However, please note that this garage can only be used by narrow vehicles. Above the available garage, there is a sign with the name "STARLIVING". This garage is shared with the second holiday apartment and can therefore only be used if it is free. Additionally, parking spaces are available at the train station (450 m) and near the "Dogan" grill house (400 m).
