This 1 bedroom apartment is brand new, has high 3.15m ceilings, a large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Throughout the apartment, there is central air conditioning with a cold/hot setting, fast Wi-Fi, and the apartment has 1 large smart TVs with Netflix. BEDROOM: King size bed with 4 pillows, premium mattress, and pillow/mattress protectors. The main bedroom features also a smart TV with Netflix and streaming options. KITCHEN: Includes a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, and washer. BATHROOM: With shower, Hot water with strong pressure.
