Located on the edge of a village on a hill, a fantastic panoramic view awaits you. Explore nature through fields, meadows and forests. Be enchanted by the picturesque landscape surrounded by numerous sights. A true nature and active paradise awaits you. The space A ❤️ licious welcome to our vacation home. Nestled in the middle of nature is our beautiful house with stunning views at the end of a residential street of the village. Your parking space is on the path and on our property. You unlock the garden gate and reach the house via an external staircase. Here you will find a terrace and the fenced garden. The entrance to the house is covered and the front door is opened by a number code. Step in and feel the comfort of the cottage from the first moment. The 100 sqm of living space is spread over 2 levels. The entrance area shines with a wardrobe, mirror and a shoe cabinet. Afterwards you will find an open kitchen with kitchenette and seating area. Continue into a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, exercise bike. The second floor can be reached via a wooden staircase and a spacious living room with panoramic windows and a gallery with a desk awaits you. One bathroom with a rain shower and another bedroom with a double bed. The house is heated by a water heat pump via floor and radiators. At the house itself you have a terrace with a garden. The property is fenced. Also fully equipped with electronic roller shutters. A parking lot and a bicycle shed with electricity is on our way. Guest access Park your car on our property in front of the house. Go to the garden gate, ring the bell and you will be connected to us. We will provide you with the 4-digit code for the key safe. Remove the key for the garden gate, unlock it and go up the stairs to the entrance to the house. Here you will receive the 6-digit code that you type to the right of the entrance gate. Now come in and feel at home, a ❤️ hearty welcome. Other things to note We agree and you hereby declare that you will personally live in the vacation home yourself. You also declare that you will use the house and the surrounding area properly and that you will not cause any inconvenience during your stay. If you cause damage to the property/house or handle it negligently, the landlord can reclaim the costs from you. The vacation home is rented furnished and is equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, blankets and pillows for the entire group. On arrival all devices are in operation. If this is not the case, please inform us as soon as possible. We will then try to fix the problem as soon as possible. As a guest, you are also required to inform the landlord of the vacation home within 24 hours of arrival if any damage occurs in the building. Of course, we assume that you will have a carefree stay. However, if something unexpected happens, it is important that you as a guest are insured against liability damage in connection with the rental of a vacation home. Bringing a pet is possible on request. No parties or events allowed. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace Open fire and fireworks on the property and in the house are not allowed. There are enough trash cans available for garbage separation, please empty them in the bag on the way, where the trash cans are located. Please dispose of the glass in the container on the village street behind the chapel Out of respect for nature and also the maintenance of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the quiet times from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Departure: Please leave the place as it received you. Clean, tidy, undamaged and put all items back in their original place. If something breaks during your vacation, please let us know immediately.
