And 1.3 km via The Boulevarde, within walking distance to the lake, and Toronto's CBD. This townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends or colleagues. With three well-appointed bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a calm living space, you can relax and unwind after a day on the lake or at work. Guest access: The main bedroom is air-conditioned, and all bedrooms are equipped with fans. Free Wi-Fi is available, and there is off-street parking. Guests have access to the entire home. The home includes stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom, where you can soak in an oversized bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances to meet all your dining needs. The living areas each open onto an outdoor courtyard, where you can relax with a cold drink, coffee, or enjoy the lake breezes. Cards, games, and books are available for quiet moments, or binge out on the latest Netflix series. Other things to note: We do have a NON-PARTY POLICY. And operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW STR Legislation & Local Council Laws. This is an excellent place to chill with family or friends, but it is not a place to party. You will be asked to leave if misconduct occurs without a refund of your bond or remaining accommodation money. Our beautiful neighbors live here permanently and enjoy an early night, so while we want you to have a great time at the house, we also need to consider their needs. We would greatly appreciate it if you could understand and cooperate with us. The number of guests nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people allowed on the property at any one time. Cameras and Noise Monitoring: This property may have Wi-Fi Security Cameras at the front & rear access points, as well as noise monitoring devices, in line with the NSW STR Code of Conduct. Taking a dip in the lake Swimming is safe in the lake, and the best place to do it is at the Toronto Baths near the Rotunda. In addition to the café, there are facilities for changing and toileting.
