Local Environment Notice Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like a dolphin or two if you are lucky! We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help. For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner.
