Guest access Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed prior to arrival and automatically released after departure once house rules are met and no damage is identified. *Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Where available, our cleaners charge $50 per hour. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before arrival. *Respect for Neighbours The home is located in a residential area. Guests are asked to enjoy the property respectfully and be mindful of the surrounding community. *Natural Environment The property is set in a beautiful waterfront location. You may occasionally notice insects such as ants, flies or mosquitoes, particularly with open doors or windows. The home is professionally treated, and this is a normal part of the local environment. *Mid-Stay Cleaning (Extended Stays) For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight as a condition of the tenancy.
