This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the old town. The old town of Nürtingen impresses with its quiet yet central location. The building was completely renovated in 2024. Heating is provided by the heat pump system. Underfloor heating has been installed throughout the house. Only 3 minutes away is the pedestrian zone with numerous shopping opportunities, pharmacies, banks, etc. Just 5 minutes away is our river Neckar, which invites you to a relaxing walk. Pets are welcome. The space Upstairs is the cozy bedroom with a box spring bed, dresser and TV. We are happy to set up a travel cot for babies beforehand. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. For a small fee, we can offer a washing and drying service in the house. The open living and dining area invites you to linger for cozy hours. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, toaster and fridge. On request and for an extra charge, we offer daily room service.
