Discover the charming vacation home Luise in the green heart of Germaringen, located in the middle of the Allgäu castle park. It is the perfect base for exploring the Allgäu in any season. Living room with comfortable couch, armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi, dining room with corner bench, table and chairs – terrace with table, armchairs, 2 loungers, awning and parasol, table with 4 chairs, toilet, hallway with wardrobe Upper floor - large bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, washing machine, sink 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds) balcony with table and 4 chairs, sun lounger, parasol. Guest access The entire semi-detached house and the separate and fenced garden in front of it Other things to note The house is provided with bed linen and towels. Change of linen is possible for a fee on request. The final cleaning is done by a service company - a cost share of € 115. 00 will be charged. During the period between May and October, the consumption costs are included in the rental price - outside of these times, a fee will be charged for consumption. We welcome pets - we do, however, charge a fee for cleaning. Guide dogs are of course exempt from this and may stay with us free of charge. We request a deposit of €300. 00 for your stay - you can easily secure this deposit via your credit card without any cash flow.
