Kyjoff - House with beautiful views

Have you tried experience accommodation yet? Drive to our place in Kyjov and lay your head on the hill behind Kyjov in our minimalist house. The architecture of the house is truly special and combines the harmony of the surrounding nature along with comfort and luxury. Typical of our construction are the large windows that let in plenty of light and provide panoramic views right from the bed. A unique charm will add to the minimalist interior, in which natural materials predominate. The space This is a house in close proximity to the city of Kyjov. The house has a bathroom, where there is a toilet, shower and sink. In the living area you will find a living room connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen with air conditioning (cooling and heating), dishwasher, fridge, induction hob or Sage lever coffee maker. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and the total accommodation capacity is 5 people. On the first floor there is a very spacious bedroom with a large double bed from which you can see up to the Kyjov town hall. On the underground floor there is another smaller bedroom with a fireplace and small windows, where 3 more people can comfortably sleep. Guest access The area of Kyjoff is located in a garden colony lined with garages in close proximity to the city. The large windows of the house are cleverly situated towards the city, and thanks to this, it also offers beautiful views of the city hall. Check-in and check-out is handled in the form of a self-service box with keys. Other things to note Heating: There is air conditioning on the first floor (bedroom) and on the ground floor. On the underground floor, where there is a bedroom, there is a wood stove. Due to the open stairs, the house is not suitable for young children. THE COTTAGE IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
