Perfect for couples and travelers seeking an extraordinary alternative to a traditional hotel. 🏠 The Houseboat Offers: • A cozy lower deck with a sofa bed, dining table, and fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge with freezer, Nespresso, microwave, kettle, and all kitchenware). • 📺 Smart TV with Netflix access, Wi-Fi sound system, and ambient LED lighting for the perfect atmosphere. • 🚿 Private bathroom with toilet and shower. • 🌞 Upper sun deck with loungers and a small rear deck directly over the water. • 🚤 Optional pedal boat rental (by prior arrangement) – ideal for exploring the calm Vltava bay. 🅿 Access & Parking: Entry is through the Císařská louka gate. Free parking is available on both sides of the access road after the bridge. Other things to note • Before your arrival, we will send you the mandatory guest registration forms required by Czech legislation. Please complete them prior to your check-in. • Once the forms are completed, you will receive an instructional YouTube video with detailed guidance on arrival, parking, and access to the houseboat. • A pedal boat is available for rent – please arrange in advance. • The marina is a peaceful location with a unique community atmosphere. We kindly ask you to respect other guests and houseboat residents. • For your safety and in compliance with Airbnb policies, all communication takes place exclusively via Airbnb chat – we strive to respond as quickly as possible. • Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the houseboat. • The upper deck is perfect for relaxation – please, no parties, to help maintain the calm of the marina. • The outdoor areas of the houseboat are monitored for your safety. ⚓️ How our houseboat was created Houseboat Neptun was born out of our love for the river and our desire to offer a unique place to stay in the heart of Prague. The marina at Císařská louka is a historic spot where boats have docked and water enthusiasts have gathered for over a century. Today, you will find a welcoming community here that will show you a completely different side of Prague – peaceful, authentic, and just minutes from the city center. 🔱 Why we named our houseboat Neptun? We named our houseboat after Neptune, the Roman god of the seas and rivers. Although we are anchored on the Vltava River and not in the ocean, it was an obvious choice for us – we wanted Neptun to symbolize freedom, adventure, and the unique life on the water.
