The houseboat also features a Smart TV with Netflix login option, Wi-Fi connection, and ambient LED lighting for a pleasant atmosphere. A separate bathroom with a toilet and shower is also included. One of the main highlights is the outdoor space. Guests can enjoy the upper sun terrace with loungers as well as a smaller rear terrace directly above the water, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Pedal boat rental is available for an additional fee upon prior arrangement. Access is through the entrance gate of the Císařská louka area. Free parking is available on the access road on both sides of the bridge. Before arrival, guests receive an instructional video with detailed information about access, parking, and arrival to make check-in as smooth as possible. The location is one of the property’s greatest advantages. The nearest tram stop is approximately 300 metres away and provides quick access to Prague city centre. Ferries within walking distance also offer easy connections to Výtoň, Podolí, Náplavka, and Rašínovo embankment. The houseboat is moored in a traditional Prague marina with an authentic atmosphere. To us, it symbolizes freedom, peace, adventure, and a unique life on the water, exactly the feeling we want to offer our guests. Before your arrival, and in accordance with Czech legislation, we will send you registration forms for guest records. We kindly ask you to complete them before arrival. Once the forms have been completed, we will send you an instructional video with detailed information about arrival, parking, and access to the houseboat. A pedal boat is available for an additional fee upon prior arrangement. The marina is a quiet and pleasant location with a relaxed atmosphere. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of other visitors and the residents living on nearby houseboats. All communication takes place exclusively through the Airbnb chat. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire houseboat. The upper terrace is ideal for relaxing. Parties and noisy events are not permitted in order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the marina. For safety reasons, the outdoor areas of the houseboat are monitored.
