All instructions are sent prior to your arrival for a quick, clear, and even late check-in. For a peaceful, quiet, and high-quality experience To ensure the comfort of guests, respect for the neighborhood, and the quality of the property, certain technical measures are in place, which we communicate openly: UNMIT 📡 sensor A technical sensor is installed in the property. It only measures noise level, temperature, and the presence of smoke. It doesn't record audio or video. Its purpose is to ensure calm and to enable a rapid response in the event of an incident. 📹 Cameras in the private hallway Two cameras exclusively monitor the hallway and entrances, 24/7, in the areas outside the suite. No cameras are present inside the unit. 💳 Bank authorization / security deposit For certain Airbnb profiles, a €500 bank hold may be requested via a secure Stripe link, particularly if the account is new, has no reviews, or has an insufficient history. It is not charged and is automatically lifted after the stay if everything is compliant. 🚭 A quiet and well-kept setting The suite is strictly non-smoking, no parties, and no additional visitors. The property is located on the 8th floor with an elevator 🚗 Parking The building does not have a private parking lot. Parking in the area is in the streets around the building, subject to availability. On weekdays, it is paid from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is free in the evening, at night, between noon and 2 pm, and from Friday noon to Monday 9 am. A nearby street with free parking is indicated in the welcome guide sent before check-in. For added comfort, especially during a long stay or if you want to avoid looking for a parking space, the Chavanelle covered parking lot is about a 3-minute walk away. 🔒 Privacy No cameras are installed inside the suite.
