"Il Palazzo" -La Rustica guest houses

Located on the "le Fornaci" hill a few meters from the historic center of Sassetta, "Il Palazzo" is a unit divided into 3 studios with private bathroom and small kitchenette, with sink, fridge and kettle with magnificent views of the Mediterranean scrub. Large living area and kitchen common to all three apartments. Option of either one double bed or two twin beds + 1 sofa bed. Private parking about 200 m away. (Loading and unloading permitted in front of the building). Wood-burning stove in the room. The space Each room has been uniquely furnished and has a living area with sink, kettle, fridge, area for preparing cold meals, and private bathroom, made entirely with green building materials (lime-hemp bricks, lime and Pastellone). The "Rustica" room offers a sofa bed that allows you to accommodate a third guest. (2 Guests +1) and the option of 2 single beds, or a double bed. A common living area and kitchen are available to all three apartments. To warm up during the winter months, our rustic room has a wood-burning stove. *Please note* The decision not to put a television in the rooms is a conscious one and is intended to ensure that guests have the utmost peace of mind and can fully enjoy what Sassetta and its surroundings have to offer. The decision not to equip the apartments with air conditioning systems is dictated by a precise choice: to safeguard the planet and our guest house oriented towards green choices and to offer you a stay at a "reasonable cost".
