Apartment for two people

Small apartment for two people in a really old farmhouse. Through the old dock doors, you enter the apartment through a private entrance. In the lower part, there is a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a sitting area with TV. On the high part, there is a double bed and large, still original, built-in closets. In the adjacent hall is a separate toilet and large bathroom. Small private outdoor terrace. The space It is a small apartment, about 30 m2. Everything is there, but don't expect luxury. It is simply decorated. There is an outdoor area private to the apartment. From noon there is sun there, and in the summer you can enjoy the sunset until late. The apartment is located on the main road. The road is otherwise quiet with some residential/commuter traffic. The apartment is located as a separate living area in the farmhouse. You sometimes hear the sound of running water from our bathroom upstairs. Furthermore, I hear from the people who lived there before that it is quiet. You can park your car in front of the house. Guest access The apartment is entirely for you with its own entrance and private bathroom and toilet. There are a few steps to the sleeping area and also to the bathroom. So not suitable for those with disabilities. Other things to note The apartment is simply decorated, not luxurious. The surroundings are quiet. All major cities are nearby. The IJsselmeer and the beach can be reached within half an hour. The suite is well suited for transit.
