You would need to buy a ZTL pass (5€ day) to enter the historic centre by car. If you'd like to park within the historic centre close to the apartment, we would suggest you to choose the private "A.Pagano" parking (Piazzetta del Parlatoio, 6, 90133 Palermo PA) which closes at 20 and reopens at 7. It costs 15€ per day with ZTL pass with 50% discount (2.5€), to be bought directly at your arrival at the parking (cash or with credit/debit card). You don't need to buy a ZTL pass every day if you don't use the car, just when you go out and re-enter the historic centre you have to buy it. You can also buy the ZTL pass by downloading the app "Palermobilitá". The other option is to park the car in the area around the apartment (towards the side of the Palermo cathedral ) outside the ZTL zone and go by walk to the apartment.
