The pool features colorful lights in the evening, and all outdoor areas are equipped with nighttime lighting automatically. ❤️ Parking onsite fits 8 cars, 6 for garage, 1-2 on driveway, there are many free roadside parking spaces. ❤️ We provide indoor toys for infants and toddlers to offer convenience for guests with young children. Pls be kindly noted the garage height limit is 2.05meters, suitable for most family cars. Our community is quiet and friendly, with neighbors who are elderly and have children. To avoid disturbing them, guests are kindly requested not to use speakers in the public areas, including the outdoor pool and BBQ area. Cameras are at public area for safety reasons. ---------------------------- 🏖️Bedrooms Bedrooms details:  All bedrooms have built-in robes, Sealy mattress (Not sofa bed). Bedroom 1- one queen bed + bunk bed-for 4 people- ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2- two single beds-for 2 people Bedroom 3-one queen bed- for 2 people Bedroom 4- one single bed+ bunk bed- for 3 people-Ground floor Bedroom 5 - one queen bed +sofa. The sofa could be converted into two single beds - for 2 or 4 people-Ground floor. The music should be kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm. The quiet hour is from 10pm to 8am. 🧁 No extra visitors are allowed without noticing host in advance. 🧁Smoking, drinking and eating are prohibited in the pool area. 🍿Smoking is strictly prohibited in property. 🍿Please report any damages that occur during your stay. 🍿Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply ($100/hour) if the house is excessively dirty or messy upon check out. Please clean the BBQ immediately after use. 🍿All appliances, air-conditioners need to turn off when no one at home. Pls switch off colored light of swimming pool and lights of garage before bedtime. Please take care of your dirty dishes, run dish washer, and collect all the trash and place it in the bins. 🎂Please lock all doors and return driveway remote control into keylock, and scramble it every time. 🍿 Our community is quiet and friendly, with neighbors who are elderly and have children.
