Welcome to this charming two-room apartment, nestled on the 1st floor of a beautiful 18th century stone building with elevator. Combining old character and modern comfort, it offers a quiet and warm setting for 2 to 4 people, with very high-speed internet connection, secure private parking, and walking access to the city center by a pleasant walk along the Clain. Perfect for a getaway for two, a business trip, a family break (even with your four-legged friend). Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building, accessible by elevator or stairs. A private parking space is reserved for you in the secure residence (access by electric gate), as well as a bicycle room. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox, from 6 p.m. Check-out is before 11 a.m. I am of course available if needed throughout your stay. Other things to note You will be about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic city center of Poitiers, the beautiful Blossac Park and the Tison Island (Guinguette Pictave). To access the city center, I recommend taking the Promenade des Cours (also called Promenade Pasteur (right in front of the building, see "exterior" photos): this peaceful path along the Clain immerses you in a bucolic and soothing atmosphere. It's almost like being in the countryside 🌿 Futuroscope and Aquascope are a 20-minute drive away. A bus stop is also located a few meters away. There is no shortage of visits in the historic city center of Poitiers nicknamed the "city with 100 bell towers".
