Nearby is the Kamo River, which boasts excellent transparency, and Mt. Ishibazake, the highest peak in Western Japan.The best time to play outside and return to an old house is the best healing time.Please relax and enjoy. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is from 11:00.The staff is located in the neighboring stone bamboo Fureai no Sato, so please come to Fureai no Sato (1-25-1) to pick up the key when you check in. After that, the staff will accompany you to the inn and show the facilities.Please return the key to the house likewise when you check out.The staff will be delighted if you can tell us what kind of stay you have had. There are no residents in the neighborhood.Please have a relaxing gathering time in nature. In principle, meals are self-catering.You can cook for yourself in the indoor kitchen.The self-catering facility is a large in-person kitchen that can accommodate large groups.It is fully equipped with dishes and cookware.Seasonings include salt, salt and pepper, oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. You can have a BBQ in the garden.We can provide equipment and consumables for BBQing such as BBQ stoves and charcoal, so please let us know in advance if you wish to do so.Bring only ingredients and drinks, and you can BBQ up to 10 people for 3,000 yen per set.The staff will explain how to light and clean up on the day.You can also order a set of ingredients from the stone hammer. Fireworks can only be carried out in the garden or at the mountain station parking lot.Please refrain from blowing up, launching, or rocket fireworks. Guest access This is a private rental type accommodation and the entire building is available for your use. However, there is a restricted area that is used for some warehouse storage. There is a sign, so please do not enter beyond it. Other things to note The property is located in a mountainous area, so it is in a special warning area for landslides. Please be aware of the alerts and warnings in Saijo City (Ohba district). The temporary evacuation center is located at the reception's Ishikura Fureai no Sato. Please make sure you check the evacuation information yourself each time and fully understand the risk of being in a danger zone before booking. Because it is a natural environment, insects may be present. We take as many precautions as possible and conduct regular inspections, but please note that they may occur. If you don't want to encounter any bugs at all, we can't recommend staying. We can tell you how to handle it and where it is less likely to occur at check-in. If you encounter bugs during your stay, please use the insect control products provided. It is very cold in winter. We have air conditioning, a kerosene heater, and a kotatsu for indoor heating, but old houses have a lot of gaps and are difficult to keep warm, so please prepare for it to be colder than your home.
