Comfortable, clean, safe studio apartment with kitchen located in an alley off the main road, in a modernist Saigon apartment building, just couple blocks from the Cathedral Notre Dame, Turtle Fountain, and Reunification Palace and near by all the hot spots you want to visit in Saigon. The space Once inside, you'll see the studio just underwent a massive renovation which was completed in June 2024. I've installed a brand new bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, new furniture, noise cancellation door and windows, original arts, plants, appliances and much more. High speed WiFi internet is provided throughout. The studio have a very large windows and nice patio with chairs and table. Everything in the apartment is clean and functioning Complimentary water, coffee and tea provided. Guest access It's private apartment with 24h access no curfew. Other things to note * I have a cat named Khoai Lang 🍠 living there. He’s an outdoor cat. * During your stay, I will clean the place once a week.
