Spacious house in Santa Monica, one of the best neighborhoods in Floripa! Close to UFSC, UDESC and Shopping Villa Romana. Private room, swimming pool, TV room with streaming and delicious breakfast included. Kitchen with moderate use and parking available if there is a space, but the street is very quiet. Not recommended for children!! 📍Privileged location: 5-minute walk to Shopping Villa Romana 10-minute walk to UFSC and UDESC 7 km from Lagoa da Conceição 11 km from Joaquina Beach 20 km from Jurerê The space The suite is a delight and the house is super well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, everything is close by! Guest access The guest will have their room with a private bathroom, can move around the house and use the pool and TV room. The kitchen is for moderate use, as all guests and people in the house must be able to use it. on holidays and New Year, its use must be negotiated! Other things to note the house is shared with a family who lives in the residence, as well as other guests the house must be kept organized and quiet hours must be respected for proper functioning! we do not recommend children because there is a large swimming pool without protection and also a dog in the house! No on-site events are allowed either
