This charming tropical house is in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by fruit trees. It shares the property with a larger home. Kitchenette, bathroom, AC, linens, & a clean single bedroom. Safe & close to attractions, including Rincon surfing. Small space, but clean and comfortable. NEW AC inverter. Futon in addition to a queen bed. Linens included. Hotplate, microwave, hairdryer, Iron, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. New solar hot water heater. The power on the island does go out occasionally. To make sure this is not a problem for our guest, we have installed in the property an industrial generator that will turn on automatically if the power ever was to go out. Guest access Guests can let themselves in and out at their convenience. 5 minutes to a great local beach. 15 minutes to amazing surfing in Rincon. Minutes to Walgreens, supermarkets, great local restaurants, and other attractions. Other things to note COVID-19 Update: We recognize the challenges of travelling right now and want to assure you that we're doing everything we can to keep our spaces sanitary. Our cleaning people are using an FDA approved sanitizer on all surfaces and paying extra attention to make the space as clean as possible. The CDC has said that the virus does not easily spread through contaminated surfaces, but we'd rather be extra careful. We're also leaving 3 days between all guest visits, which is the longest time the CDC says the virus can live on surfaces. The health of our cleaning crew is also being monitored, and they will receive paid time off, if they need it.  Futon in addition to a queen bed.
