Additional sleeping places allow flexible occupancy for up to 8 people if needed. In one bedroom there is also a full single bed (90 x 200), and in the second there is an antique recamier (80 x 190), which is particularly suitable as a sleeping place for children and teenagers. We will gladly provide a baby cot and high chair on request. LIVING AREA: The spacious living-dining area is completely glazed to the south, lets light and nature into the apartment and creates a fantastic feeling of living. Cozy armchairs and sofas await you in the living area. One of the sofas can be turned into a full-fledged queen-size bed (160x200) with topper. The living room can be darkened with blackout curtains. Even with the sofa bed set up, an additional leather sofa and a comfortable leather armchair can still be used as a cozy living area. DINING AREA: In the dining area, the large table with 8 chairs invites you to eat together and have a game night. 
KITCHEN/WASHING MACHINE: The L-shaped kitchen, which is open to the living area, is equipped with a stove with oven, dishwasher, a large fridge, Nespresso machine and a breakfast counter with Hay stools. A washing machine is also available to you in a separate storage room inside the apartment. BATHS: In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, sink, a floor-to-ceiling window and Prija toiletries. 
BALCONY AND LAKE: On the covered furnished south-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun, the view and the sundowner in cozy armchairs and sun loungers. Lake Starnberg is only about 400 m away and can be easily reached on foot or with a stroller. Around Brahmspromenade and Nordbad, there is very good access to the lake over large areas – ideal for swimming, walking and relaxing by the water. A playground, beer garden and restaurants are also within walking distance. The vacation rental is on the ground floor and is accessible. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in limited numbers and on request. Guest access The access is keyless via digital locking systems with keypad. You will receive your individual access code by phone or messenger on the day of arrival. 1 private parking is available for the apartment. Other cars can be parked on the street. Other things to note A digital online check-in is required prior to arrival. You will receive your personal link in good time before arrival. The data required for the stay will be requested. Additional services: - Earlier check in or later check out is subject to availability and can be booked at an extra cost. - Cleaning during the stay, as well as change of bed linen and towels can also be booked at an extra cost.
